This is an invitation to slow down, turn inward and savour the sensuality of being in a female body. We practice in a circle formation, and the invitation is to feel, to move, to receive, and to remember the power and pleasure that live in your body.

After settling in with a brief opening circle, you will be guided on a journey of delicious feminine embodiment accompanied by an evocative soundscape.

The session is about deep sensual nourishment, from the inside out. Marrying our movement with breath, we'll flow slowly, like honey, savouring the subtle sensuality that is innate to our body. Then, we'll soften naturally into stillness and revel in the delight of the practice

You will leave feeling rejuvenated, lushed up and in touch with the power and softness of your sacred femininity.

LIMITED SPACES (12 women only) - book ahead. Earlybird ends 7th November.

Hope to see you there! Women of all ages, sizes and levels of experience are welcome.

ABOUT SHAKTI YOGA 🔻

Shakti Yoga is a womb-centered feminine yoga and embodiment practice created by Jasmine Rose in 2018. It is rooted in devotional Tantra with an emphasis on somatic experience This is a practice that not only honours the female body and cycles, but fully harnesses the 𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒌𝒕𝒊- the power of being woman; particularly the power that dwells within the female pelvis.

In a circle formation you will be guided in movement rituals, mantra, mudra and breath practices.

Shakti Yoga supports and empowers women to feel more at home and alive in their bodies; to reclaim and feel more sensual and powerful in their feminine energy, and to be in touch with their body wisdom.
